The artist has recently been exploring the boundary between abstraction and figuration, experimenting with figurative works that depict abstract forms derived from photographs taken during the intermediate stages of his process.
From one of his major works, When Is Spring Coming (2023–2024, acrylic and oil on linen, 162.2 × 130.3 cm), we produced a silkscreen print based on a drawing originally rendered in marker on paper.
Each print is hand-signed and individually numbered with a unique serial number.
