2024 1.27-3.3 Expressions of happiness: Chinese Experimental and Technological art invitational exhibition

Work introduction: I wanted to do this work after my first trip to Norway in 2017. It is about a planet where some mysterious experiments are being carried out in order to restore the nature of the planet. The short film consists of three parts: Awakening, sleep, and rebirth.

 Each part uses a different perspective to tell the story of the forest.

I hope that after watching this short film, people will be more willing to protect nature and cherish everything that nature gives, rather than destroy her repeatedly.

Awakening: Records and observations of an astronaut.

Sleep: Talks about the transformation of the astronaut. The planet transformed him, and he became a key part of the planet's recovery.

Rebirth: The revival of the god of life changes the entire planet.

The exhibition titled "Expressions of Happiness: Chinese Experimental and Technological Art Invitational Exhibition" is organized by the Nantong Art Museum and is set to officially open on January 27, 2024. The showcase will feature over 200 representative contemporary art pieces from 137 artists or groups, spanning various artistic mediums such as traditional painting, mixed media, sculpture, video, installations, multimedia art, and digital painting. This group exhibition, curated and invited by my friend and curator Li Zhenzhong, stands as one of the largest in China for digital and technological art in 2024. My CG image artwork, "The Journey," has been selected to be exhibited as part of this event.
